Boston, MA – September 15, 2026 – Artemis Capital Partners (“Artemis” or the “Firm”), a Boston-based private equity firm focused exclusively on partnering with differentiated Industrial Tech companies, today announced the successful final close of Artemis Capital Partners IV, L.P. (“Fund IV” or the “Fund”), with final commitments totaling $254 million.

Fund IV closed on September 1, 2026, marking an important milestone for Artemis and reflecting strong and diverse investor conviction in the Firm’s strategy of buying, building and realizing Industrial Tech platforms that enable mission-critical applications across aerospace, defense, life science and semiconductor end markets.
