Artemis is excited to announce that Bill Pezza has joined the team as an Operating Partner. Bill brings with him proven competencies in Organizational Leadership, Post-Acquisition Integration, Go-to Market Strategies, New Product Development, Sales Enablement Strategies, and International Market Expansion – among others.

Bill spoke to his new position with Artemis, saying, "I’ve been familiar with Artemis and its portfolio companies for years. When the opportunity to join the team presented itself, I was excited to tackle the new challenges and embrace the new opportunities that come with the territory when working with some of the industry’s most highly advanced, mission-critical Industrial Tech Manufacturers. I am confident that my experience in the space will be a value-add as Artemis seeks to continuously provide more technologically advanced solutions for our customers."

Bill joins Artemis from Testo North America, a global manufacturer of electronic test and measurement instrumentation and services, serving as General Manager, CEO, and President, where he continued to build upon his track record of operational, strategic, and financial optimization. Prior to that, Bill led Sales efforts in both Europe and North America for Sensitech, a division of United Technologies, and was previously a Board Member at Foodlogiq, a supply chain visibility platform. 

Bill will be directly involved in some of Artemis’ most critical functions as a buyer and builder of the best Industrial Tech manufacturers in the industry. Bill's responsibilities will include the evaluation and facilitation of potential acquisition opportunities, the development and implementation of portfolio company strategy, the oversight and management of portfolio company senior leadership teams, and membership on the board of various Artemis portfolio companies.
